I believe healing relationships with others starts with healing the relationship with yourself. Healing happens within loving, trusting, and accepting relationships.

I’m no different from the clients I see, and like everyone else, I'm human. After numerous significant losses in mylife, I began to see how my difficult childhood experiences were affecting my present life. I was disconnected from my true self and kept repeating patterns with myself and with others.

Seeking my own therapy and with very skilled therapists, I resolved my past traumas which in turn allowed me to change my relational patterns and have deeper trust and compassion within myself. Therapy changed my life and it's my life's passion to bring the tools and extensive trainings I've learned to others so they can have profound change in their lives
