Hi, I'm Deborah.

Like many of you, I spent years doing all the “right” things—showing up for my family and loved ones—while slowly becoming overwhelmed, exhausted, and emotionally depleted. In 2009, a series of deep losses and life changes shook my foundation. I was alone, unsure how to ask for help, and disconnected from my true self.

Reaching out to an attachment-based trauma therapist changed everything for me. That moment marked the beginning of my healing journey—and now, I support others in their own passage.
